Rental Terms

·      3 night minimum rentals available during spring, fall and winter.

·      Monthly rentals available October through March.

·      Anchorage I & II are completely smoke free complexes as of January 1st, 2023.  

·      No fireworks allowed on property.

·      All adult groups must be 25 years of age or older to rent a condo.

·      Maximum of 6 people in 2 bedroom condos and 8 people in 3 bedroom condos.

·      No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

·      Rental rates include departure cleaning, beach chairs, wireless internet and linens (beach towels not provided)

·      25% deposit required to make a reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

·      Renters will not be charged for cancellations outside of 30 days prior to check-in date. There will be no refunds within 30 days of arrival. *Travel insurance is highly recommended.
