Love This Unit!
We have rented this 3 bedroom unit several times and are never disappointed. A very restful and relaxing atmosphere, very clean and well laid out. Any issues the office staff and owners have been very accommodating. We'll definitely be making more reservations in the future!

Our second year in a row staying at the Anchorage both times my family and I loved our unit. Or unit was well stocked and very clean, 100% would stay here again. We also love where the Anchorage is located, thank you for a great stay...

Working with Anchorage Rentals was easy and communication was great. We've stayed at either Anchorage I or II numerous times and have been happy with each stay. We already reserved for Summer, 2025.

I have been renting at the Anchorage for 30+ years because it is a smaller complex with a very nice pool that is in an excellent location. The management team is excellent and their website gives plenty of useful and accurate information about the available condos.

This was the perfect spot. The Condo was gorgeous, clean and absolutely perfect. We enjoyed that there were chairs, boogie boards, buckets shovels etc to use at the beach! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful. The beach theme decorations made you feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The pool area was nicely kept and the beach was so close and beautiful. The location is near everything and plenty to do to make everyone very happy!

Frozen pipes in Myrtle Beach can happen. The team was very quick to respond and put us up in another nice unit until it could be fixed due to the holiday schedule. Fixed the next day!

elevator broke when we arrive fix next day broke again
light were out in condo in kitchen and hallway after our last stay husband is handicap with alot of health issues other then that it was nice

Conveniently located by grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly the beach. We enjoyed our family vacation staying here and would recommend staying here just like it was recommended to us.

Everything was great and i was pleasantly surprised on all items, especially in the kitchen that was supplied. My only suggestion area that the directions to open the door were wrong and the Tv’s were hard to work.

The only negative is that the floors were dirty (even right after the maid service left the unit). We ended up sweeping the unit before we settled in.

I stayed in this condo during Mother's Day weekend with my mom, sister and 3 little ones. The condo was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures online. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and linens in both bathrooms. When we come back to the beach, we will definitely use this rental again.

The stay was very nice and spacious. If I had to complain about something, it would be finding the rental. Need better directions to the room. And another complaint is having someone coming in to spray while the condos are occupied.

We had a minor issue with the AC system upon arrival. One call to the office and the issue was handled swiftly. The condo was modern and well maintained. Will be back again.

Condo was exceptionally (spotlessly!) clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Close to the beach, and a short drive to many attractions made it conveniently located. Kitchen was well equipped, and wifi was nice to have. The weather was too poor to try the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Highly recommended!

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location, easy walk to the beach and nice pool. Check-in was a little difficult since our parking pass & code was not left where it was supposed to be & I was sent the wrong code in the welcome letter but all it took was one phone call and they corrected it immediately. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a spacious vacation rental with great access to everything.

This condo has been recently updated and is probably one of the nicest units we've stayed in over the last 20 years coming to the Anchorage. Everything is in perfect working order, with the kitchen stocked with everything you need.

Would definitely try to stay here again.

Our stay was great. The only thing I would do different is have umbrellas at the pool anchorage II has them but not anchorage I pool.

I loved our place never had problems talking to anyone it was clean which is very very important to us we would to stay here again next summer pool was nice area nice loved view of the beach it was awesome so like I said we want to come back!!

When we pulled up, I was a little concerned about what kind of deal I had gotten. But, we got inside and the condo was as beautiful as the pictures. We loved the location as it was a little north of the grand strand and quiet. The beach was very nice and not crowded. And the same for the pool. We loved our stay and didn't want to go home! Sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean was wonderful! (and you can see a bit of it too) The only thing we had to get was garbage bags as there were none when we arrived. Other than that, everything was great. I will say that you will have to bring all of your own condiments or buy them as the only thing was salt and pepper. There is no place you check in. You just follow email directions and head to your room. It took us a minute to get our bearings and then we were good. This place is truly a find and I'm so glad we stayed here. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about our stay. The pool was nice and well kept, the grounds are beautiful. There was some construction happening while we were there but it was not bothersome at all. The close proximity to the beach is wonderful. It is quiet, serene, and a perfect vacation spot, especially with kids. We can't wait to come back!
