Anchorage II A02

The unit was clean but a little dated. We didn’t mind that part. The furniture and the bed were very comfy and we loved the shower and the view . My issue is the pool is freezing and they won’t put the heater on until there are 6 nights with 56 degree temps. This meant no one uses the pool. Because of this we are not sure if we will be back.

Our rental at Anchorage condos in Myrtle Beach was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The condo was clean and well stocked for our stay. I would give this rental a 5 star if only the sliding glass door would have opened in the living room. It is rusted and doesn't open. But we accessed the patio from the bedroom door. That's te only complaint we had. Must get that fixed. All in all we had a wonderful stay there. ****

Unit A02 has a great view of the Ocean, and is well furnished, and decorated. Anchorage office staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that we could hear the footsteps of those above us.. but it’s been that way at other places too. Hope to come back!

The main sliding doors need replaced. The TV didn't work but we managed to watch tennis from the other rented condo.

We had a nice time in Myrtle Beach, however, we felt more like a caretaker than a guest. On Monday morning we were waken at 8 AM as there was a delivery and an install of a glass table top. then on Wed, again awaken at 8:30 am by spectrum doing a change out of equipment, that kept us tied up in the condo for almost 2 hours while the change out took place. We were not happy about this at all, this stuff should have been scheduled while the condo was vacant, it should not have infringed on our vaca/relaxation time. Also, the pic of the condo is very deceiving. from the angle of the pic the banister blocks the view of the road that runs in front of the condo. We were surprised by the road running in front of the condo as that road was very noisy.

2023 was our 4th year in a row to stay at Anchorage II. Each year we have stayed in a different unit. Each one of them have been clean, comfortable and beautiful! I highly recommend staying here.

We went down to visit family for the holiday and spend the spring break at the beach. We all absolutely loved the quietness and residential feel of the location and the extremely close proximity to the beach. The property itself was adequate w a nice pool area that wasn’t overcrowded. The condo was spacious for our family of 3 although it could use a bit of updating & a little less clutter. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Very disappointed in condition and clutter in this unit, refrigerator was rusted, balcony door in LR extremely hard to open almost impossible, large bulky furniture throughout

This is an outstanding property! From booking, answering questions and even returning an item I had left behind, management was quick to respond and always there via email. Unit A02 was the best! The view from the patio was picture perfect and being able to just walk out to the beach in a few minutes was exactly what I wanted. Everything described before booking was accurate. Property was very well-maintained and clean. The pool area was comfortable and never crowded. Guests were friendly and welcoming.
Being a solo traveler (due to airline difficulties) I felt very safe being alone as I walked around the neighborhood and beach. I enjoyed Bucket's Bar and Grill next door, Ciao and Mr. Fish for dinner.
I highly recommend Anchorage II.

We were very impressed with the accommodations this rental property. The unit was clean very well appointed. We could see that the unit had been remodeled and was very well decorated. It felt like it was our private beach house. Parking was very class and it was easy getting in and out of the unit with our luggage in groceries. The location of the unit felt like we were in a residential area and not a busy part of the Myrtle Beach strip. It was very conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. We all slept very comfortably and even our kids commented on how much they liked and wanted to return. The next time we are in the area we will definitely look to see if this kind there is available.

enjoyed our stay at the condo. Had requested and paid for second bedroom to be made up as one large bed which was not done on arrival. Was quickly corrected after calling office. Also second bedroom is to bright at night because of hallway lights had to cover windows to sleep in that room.

This is our 13th year staying at Anchorage II. As always, the condo was very clean and we appreciated that this year the beds were made, and the little touches of providing soaps and mini shampoos was very nice! Unit 102 is beautiful, although there is way too much "clutter" in the form of decorative items. The management company employees were lovely to work with as has been the case for all of our stays. We will be back next year!

Condo was updated and very clean. Nice furniture and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you would want. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended to others. Beautiful ocean front with great views and nice pool. Parking is very close to entryway. Property manager was great to work with and very helpful in arranging us a make up weekend in April, since our October, 2016 was cancelled due to the hurricane!

I genuinly love it so much. It was the perfect location, the beach is right there in front of you a very short walk, the airport is close as well as all kinds of fun things to do. I liked how nice the condo was set up and even that we had a locker with beach chairs and umbrellas and how well everything was decorated. I loved it. So much. I will be back!

We had an excellent visit, the unit we stayed in was very nice and clean. When we arrived the kitchen sink was leaking and we called the office and they had fixed immediately. Unit was well decorated.
We would not hesitate to stay in these properties again.

We had the best time in this unit. It was so beautifully decorated. Bravo to the designers of this unit. Colors and furnishing were so tasteful. The amenities were exactly as pictured. It was very nice to have a salt water pool that was heated. We had everything we needed in this unit. Awesome front-loading washer and dryer. Kitchen so nicely equipped. Absolutely nothing missing. Considering all the trinkets on display there was not a speck of dust. Kudos to the cleaning team. We would definitely return to this location. It was farther from the water than I would have liked but the walk to the beach wasn't too bad. We still had a direct view of the ocean off the balcony. There just happened to be a road to have to cross, which I didn't really get that too well from the property description. Not that this would have been a deal breaker. It is just how this section of the beach is designed. Thank you for helping us relax on our much needed vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anchorage II. The condo was beautiful and just had a slight problem with the linens which was taken care of promply. Have stayed at Anchorage II for several years and plan to stay there anytime we are at Myrtle Beach. Also, loved the pictures that Lisa took of our family on the beach.
