Our condo was updated with beautiful finishes! We loved being so close to the beach. The elevator was perfect when we arrived and departed with our suitcases. I highly recommend this condo. We liked that it was mostly surrounded by homes and not other condos.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed walking on the beach every day and enjoying the beautiful view of the water and waves from the balcony. Having a place to rinse off the beach sand is a big plus. The condo is in a residential area so the beach isn't as crowded as it is in front of the high-rise buildings. We have stayed at Anchorage before and will return. The only negative with staying in a middle or lower unit is the noise from the unit above.

We rented at Anchorage II B02 for the week April 2 as a quick remote working getaway to escape the cold weather up North. We’ve stayed at the Anchorage previously and, as usual, the stay was great. Our condo was nicely updated and had what we needed for a very productive week. While not everything was available in the area like during the summer months, we enjoyed Barefoot Landing(Crooked Hammock, Collete’s popcorn two thumbs up) Broadway at the Beach and shopping at the Tanger outlets. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. If I had to identify a negative it would be the carpeting from the stairs to the room. There is a wrinkle/buckle down the middle of the walkway that is easily tripped on and difficult to roll luggage over. I saw several guests tripping and one fell, but did not appear to be injured.

We totally enjoyed our vacation here. The condo was well equipped, clean, and spacious. The best thing is having the view of the beach upfront . We’ve enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. We’ve been very fortunate to see dolphins swimming out beyond the waves. There’s a park down the street for kids and a beautiful beach!

Nice, clean. Easy access and parking. Nice view of the ocean. Easy access to beach and pool. Everything worked well. We were extremely happy with the rental. We liked the access to the restaurants and places in the area without being downtown in the mess of traffic. Generally quiet neighbors and area.

Awesome location- great view! Went during the pandemic and Myrtle Beach was highly discouraged from visits. This location was much more private on the beach. The condo was clean and beautiful decorated. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach chairs and umbrella they offer. Highly recommend and I look forward to staying there again when we return.

Beautiful condo and great location right on the ocean. Clean, updated decor, nice location facing the beach. The only problem we had is the people above us were very loud and stomping their feet past midnight every night. I'm not sure if it was just the structure of the building being older, or if they were really stomping loud, but it kept us up every night. Also we never got the beach chairs we asked for.

I had a wonderful stay at Anchorage II, B02. I have stayed in other units at this condo complex, and I have been very satisfied with the management and the units. B02 has a beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, well-organized cabinets and drawers, and a new stove and fridge. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fantastic.

This is the third stay at Anchorage and one again the visit was awesome. There were 18 of my children, grandchildren, and friends and the accommodations were, as always, wonderful. I rented 3 condos for the group and each was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect for all ages as it is in the heart of everything yet set in a more quiet residential area. The pool is always clean and all the amenities are up to date and maintained. The view is outstanding as the condos are located just across the street from the beach. The Fosters are extremely competent and accommodating as caretakers of the facility.

We have stayed a different place over the years in Myrtle Beach but Anchorage is by far the nicest place we stayed at. The rooms were very clean and very homelike. I would definitely recommend this resort anytime. Very courteous staff and very friendly. Lisa is very good And staff very informative and very helpful .They were all very professional and I will stay every year from now on

We had a nice stay in the 2B/2B oceanfront unit road side. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. The unit was nice- the kitchen had been recently remodeled and new upholstered furniture. Drapes and bedroom furniture will need attention next. Maintenance was attentive fixing ceiling fan, replacing batteries, etc. The view was very nice. The truck and bus noise from the road in front of us was a little much as was the happy feet on the third floor.

Love the Anchorage II! This was our 3rd year staying here. Love the location, view, cleanliness, staff, and the fully furnished rooms big enough for our family of 5. In-room washer and dryer are great! And we love sitting on our own balcony at sunrise and sunset.

This is the second year my Fiance and I have stayed with Anchorage and this year was just as nice as last year! It was quiet, the condo was clean, and the view of the beach was amazing. In fact, we stayed in tbe exact same unit! I wouldn't change anything. The location was great, we were near plenty of stores, and attractions! We will be staying again next year!

This is the second time we have stayed at a Anchorage property, it was very nice and we are looking forward to coming back, my only complaint is that when we sit on the balcony we had a tree right in the view of the beach. We like the ocean front and we feel we really didn't get the view we wanted.

This was our first time vacationing in Myrtle Beach. There were 6 of staying at Anchorage II, including 4 teens. There was enough room for all and the condo had everything we needed to make out week long stay comfortable. Just cross the street and you're on the sand. The beach was clean and one of the best we've ever visited. We liked that it was a short 5 minute ride to the very different atmosphere of the boardwalk area. We would recommend Anchorage II to families looking for a clean, serene vacation . The condo needed a little TLC but nothing to hamper our stay.

One of the best vacations I've ever had! The location was perfect...the view of the ocean was terrific! The pictures online very accurately depicted what we found when we arrived. The condo we stayed in was spacious and perfect for all our needs. Very clean and well maintained. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was the best bed I've ever slept on! Although our condo was alongside the street, and yes you could hear traffic, it was never a distraction. We never had any issues with noises. A few times the neighbors upstairs were a little heavy-footed (and it appeared they had several children running around), it never proved to be a problem. The kitchen was well apportioned and provided all the necessities. We ate out a lot and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby, including Vicini's Pizzeria where I had the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! I would highly recommend Anchorage and would not hesitate to stay there again. When you consider the price and location, this is an excellent value.

THIS PLACE IS VERY NICE. WELL LOCATED CLOSE TO ALL SERVICES AN MOST IMPORTANT THE BEACH RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY GET AWAY TO THE BEACH. THE VIEW FROM OUR CONDO WAS MORE THEN MEMORABLE AS WE HAD THE OCEAN FRONT UNIT.

Always have a good time at the condo . Have been staying at the Anchorage since 1982. The location is very close to restaurants, shopping, attractions etc. The beach is great for walking unless the tides are up and we have to walk along the sidewalk. The barbaque area is great and gives us added enjoyment after a busy day at the beach.

We have stayed in Myrtle beach around 10 vacations. We have stayed at the Anchorage 2 all but one time. We were very dissatisfied with the one time we did not stay at Anchorage 2. I would tell all my friends to stay at the Anchorage 2 as we have been satisfied each time we have stayed. Thanks to the Foster's also for making it so easy to stay at the Anchorage 2 I give them five stars also. We plan on coming back each year for the rest of our lives including someday retiring to the area.
