Approximately 45 years visiting anchorage. The units are always ready as stated, they are well kept and clean, the management is always friendly and accommodating to special needs. The location is a big plus. Look forward to next year’s rental.

Recently remodeled, well appointed kitchen, new washer and dryer, great air conditioning. Overall a great stay. Master bedroom mattress is likely nearing its end of life, but otherwise a great stay. Best unit we have stayed at in this complex in 25 years!

The condo was updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils,etc. Because this is a unit overlooking the pool, you can really only see the ocean from the master bedroom window or balcony off the living room. Making a reservation and checking in and out of the condo was easy. There were renovations being made to other units at the complex and the noise was annoying during the day. I have stayed at other units in Anchorage II and would stay here again.

We always have a great time in Myrtle Beach and Anchorage II is so close to so many restaurants and activities. The pool was cold and it would have been nicer if it was heated. I would suggest that renters bring extra hangers as there is never enough between the 2 bedroonms.

WOW....this is all my wife and I could say about this condo. The condo was really clean, beds were super comfortable, the location is the best. This place has it all. It was a perfect vacation! We would stay at this particular condo over and over! I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone. Stay here if you want to have a great time on vacation.

My wife and I had the pleasure of renting this condo unit for February and March. It is, hands down, the nicest, most comfortable unit we have rented. It has been completely renovated and the furnishings, flooring, paint colours and area rugs are all high quality and coordinated. The kitchen appliances are high end and the cooking accessories are all in great shape.
We highly recommend this condominium unit.

This unit has been remodeled nicely, with the wall between the kitchen and the living room/dining area completely removed leaving a lovely open and bright environment. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and it is well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. A nice touch is the presence of night lights in both bathrooms and the living room to help one navigate in a strange place in the middle of the night.

We had a problem with a toilet develop during our stay, and management arranged to have it fixed quickly with no disruption to our stay.

We love coming here each year. The condo is nice, clean, and updated. We've been staying at Anchorage II for 10+ years. The location is great, right between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. It is nice to be able to walk across the street and be right on the beach. No driving back and forth to the beach.

This was our 2nd visit to this property and again found it enjoyable. I'm happy with a beach, comfortable chair,enjoyable reading material, and cold adult beverages. This place suits me to a T. This unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for us. Should you be interested in activities they are a short distance away. Plenty of food establishments and shopping nearby.

Ocean front two bedroom condo in a perfect location. Out the door and you're at the beach. Minutes from Broadway on the Beach and dozens of shopping and restaurant choices. Short ride to Murrills Inlet , the seafood capital of South Carolina. Tons of attractions within a short distance.
We have been going to Anchorage for over 40 years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We first rented for Thanksgiving last year and was instantly hooked. We vacation for a week in August, soooo peaceful and relaxing. Was a little disappointed in having to smell weed several times while relaxing on the balcony, but I guess that's life. We have already booked our Thanksgiving week for this year. We have been vacationing at Anchorage II for over 30 years. We always have a wonderful experience. This year we stayed in unit 204...what a beautiful condo! It was immaculate...absolutely loved the remodeled kitchen. We noticed on Sunday morning that the screen in the living room sliding door was mostly out. I called and left a message about it, expecting to hear something back on Monday. Before we knew it, the repairman was knocking at the door, and immediately fixed it! So impressive!

100% recommended. This was our first VRBO vacation for our family of four since the pandemic. This was a gem of a location and the weather was spectacular. The condo was updated and very clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the beach was a wonderfully short 30 sec walk across a very quiet street. So convenient we never pulled the beach wagon out of the car and just walked back and forth. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in with our small kids. Kids were happy. Mom and dad were happy. We look forward to future trips!

We rented 204 at Anchorage 2- what a slice of heaven! The condo was immaculate, renovated beautifully, very comfy king bed and in a terrific location! It was quiet, peaceful and safe. Everyone was very friendly and the easy access to the beach was great. Highly recommend!

Anchorage is the place to go if you want to relax and enjoy a week at the beach. The condos are clean, updated, and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The pool is clean and the they have taken all precautions during this pandemic to keep the everything safe and clean and social distanced.

Overall I was very pleased with this condo. It was decorated very well and it was very comfortable. The location of the complex is great for what we like to do. The grounds are well maintained and it was easy to work with management. The only issues I had was that at this price point I think the tv cable package should be upgraded to include movie channels and dvr / on demand services. This is the only condo that has not had those services in over 10 yrs of visiting Myrtle Beach. Also, the neighbors and noise level from the pool was too much at times, especially late at night. I'm sure that varies depending on who stays there.

Well managed, clean property, close to the beach. This is a family-oriented relaxing spot. Some late-night noise problems were raised to the property manager and are always handled well.

This was our second visit and just like last time, it was great! Everything was fantastic and the Fosters were extremely helpful when there was a mixup with our room. The only suggestion we have would be to update the kitchen in our unit (214) but other than that, it was a perfect vacation spot!

A "simple" place to stay. Other places are newer and have more amenities but this place offers a spacious room in an uncrowded location. Friendly guests - mostly families with kids - and MANY of them come back the same week year after year and become friends.
