We've been coming here for years. They automating the check-in process and adding new Wi-Fi, which has been a little bumpy, but the place is great. I heard the pool was OOC at Anchorage I last week but all was well at Anchorage II.

The condo was was beautiful and very clean, and the oceanfront view was wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped. The customer service was fantastic - very quick responses to questions via text. If I had one suggestion, it would be to update the beach chairs. There were two supplied which were worn and a little rusty, in addition to two collapsible lawn chairs. Otherwise, the accomodations were perfect!

The family enjoys getting together at the beach for the holidays.Anchorage II is out of the commercial tourist area and in a quieter residential type setting. Right on the ocean with a small park for the kids. Plenty of Restaurants to explore, 2 large outlet centers and Coastal Grand for shopping- and Christmas shows Also room for family dining in the condo unit.

We had a lovely time at Anchorage. We had two patios overlooking the ocean. We were welcomed by a lovely young gentlemen. We asked about ice and he actually went to the store and got us two bags. Everyone was so very friendly. Many memories were made. The condo exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at one of the Anchorage II condos and the overall experience was great. The property was very clean and spacious. Location to local shops and restaurants were only minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with all amenities which made cooking and eating in very nice. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

We really liked the location because it’s away from the hustle & bustle. Plenty of space on the beach. Beautiful beach views. As far as the condo itself it is just “OK”. Pictures are much better than in person. Couch is very worn down & not comfortable. Some of the kitchen items (like burned plastic spatulas etc) need replacing. Carpeting on stairs needs replacing. Mold along the master bath baseboards needs addressed.

Great experience. So close to the beach and just slightly away from main drags of Myrtle. Beach wasn't overly crowded. Rooms were spacious and clean.

We loved the layout and location of this condo. We were short one dining room chair (only 5) but otherwise we had no complaints. Crossing the street was not a problem but early morning street sounds drowned out the ocean waves we enjoy hearing.

We are winter beach fans-November thru January. We enjoy the time on the beach, eating out, shopping and the music events- especially the Carolina Master Chorale and the Long Bay Symphony. Winter rates are very reasonable.

Condo was just as described and matched the pictures perfectly. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Our unit had two balconies and the views were stunning. Everything you need is there for you use- Pool are was great too.We used the pool more than the ocean to to the Rip Tide Warnings, but we did go to the beach and used the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided.I would definitely stay at the Anchorage II again.

Great trip as always. Thru all the 20+ years, the Fosters have always been more than accommodating and helpful. That is why we keep coming back to the same place every year. The prefect spot for us to wind down the spring season and transition into summer. Be there again in 2020.

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 4 children. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was with parking. Evidently, they were sealing the other parking lot for the complex and parking spots were limited in our small lot. We came home from dinner one night and had to circle several times, waiting for someone to leave. Also, you need to be aware that this particular condo is not convenient to the elevator...there are 6 short fights of stairs.

We've spent every March in C02 Anchorage II for the last eleven years. The oceanfront location is great and we enjoy watching the dolphins and the pelican "trains" from the balcony. Recent upgrades to the unit made our annual stay even more enjoyable. Staff and management were responsive and efficient.

Stay was great. Good location. Only complaint which is a personal preference was the master bed was to firm for both me and my wife. Didn't sleep the best because of this, but otherwise was very please with the place

This condo is exceptional. Very clean updated and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and felt just like home. Lisa is awesome to work with. The process for booking, arrival and departing is so very easy and organized I cannot say enough. We cannot wait to go back for another 7 days. Great view looking at the ocean, peaceful and quite and easy access to all the attractions and the ocean. Pool and property were very clean, well maintained and inviting.

The property is beautiful with great views of the ocean and is in a great location along the golden mile with direct ocean views. There is an exercise path along the beach that is beautiful to run or walk your dog. We had so much fun sitting out on the deck watching people on the beach. The kitchen has been redone nicely and is well equipped. If the rest of the unit was updated too, it would be really great. Overall, for the price, views, location, cleanliness, beautiful safe is great value. We loved this area so much, we are buying a house just down from the Anchorage.

Overall a great experience . . good thing I brought extra toilet paper! Only one roll per bathroom. Make sure you bring your own paper towels and garbage bags, they are not included. Loved being able to open the doors and listen to the waves at night, only drawback is that the street is between the condo and the ocean, so you get the traffic noise. Great beach access. This particular unit is a bit dated in decor but it's the beach! We had a great time.

Always enjoy our 4 month winter stay at the beach. It is a relaxing time away from the busy life at home. We can do all of the things we thought we would be doing in retirement- eating out(without the crowds), walking the beach, watching the occasional dolphins, taking in concerts(Carolina Master Chorale and Long Bay Symphony), sleeping late, reading, crossword puzzles, doing a little outlet shopping and just relaxing. If it is too cool to go out there always is the wifi and cable tv and the full kitchen to cook up our meals. During the winter months Anchorage is quieter with the retirees and snowbirds. The low winter monthly rental rates make it all the more enjoyable. And at the beach in the winter I have never had to lift a shovel or snow or defrost my car?

The condo was very nice and as pictured, beautifully decorated. We loved the view from the deck and the pool was great. Access to the beach was terrific. The beds were comfy and we loved that there were tons of pillows available. Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked (maybe add some baking dishes) but we managed. Recommend putting instructions on working the tv/DVD/radio in the living room as it was difficult to figure out. Thank you for sharing your place. We had a fun, relaxing week.

Most relaxing vacation! We were only there for 3 nights 4 days but it felt like. I would 2 weeks. The condo was very clean, plenty lininag and towels. The kitchen had everything you could think of. We got the 3 bedroom and all the beds were extremely comfortable

We have stayed in the Anchorage II for over 10 years and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. We love the facility as much as the professional staff we rent from. The location is prime in that we are close to everything in Myrtle Beach, but nestled in an area that feels more residential than the hustle and bustle of the strip. We like to call it our Home Away From Home!

From a winter snowbird:
Anchorage is like home away from home. Large comfortable condos with full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV and WiFi. All the conveniences of home without any of the worries. Within a few miles are over a 1000 restaurants and about a 100 golf courses- and the beach and ocean directly across from the condo. Renting from the Fosters is more like renting from friends- they work very hard to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Save me a place for this Fall.

stayed at anchorage II, located on ocean drive, from 8/4 - 8/11. the condo was 3/2 and slept 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. oceanfront views from the living room and the loft that had 2 singles. w/d, dw, gd, all appliances, large and small, and plenty of hot water! condo was 3rd floor, but elevator available. anchorage II is away from the huge crowds and noise, but only a few minutes driving time from stores and restaurants. pool was never really crowded at any time. staff was excellent. yes, would stay there again.
